供给侧结构性改革视角下的高职民航运输专业人才培养模式创新研究

Research on the Innovation of Civilian Transportation Professional Training Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Supply-Side Structural Reform

供给侧结构性改革是当前经济领域的一大热点,高职民航运输专业人才培养模式创新也要基于这一背景进行。本文通过研究认为,高职民航运输学校可以从加强专业设置和岗位需求的对接、改进专业教学标准、建立教师轮岗式顶岗模式等方面入手,探索和创新供给侧结构性改革视角下的高职民航运输专业人才培养模式,以提升人才培养的综合素质和能力。

Supply-side structural reform is a hot spot in the current economic field.The innovation of the training mode of civil aviation transportation professionals in higher vocational colleges also needs to take this background into consideration.Through the analysis of the training mode of civil aviation transportation professionals in higher vocational colleges,there are many problems and deficiencies in the traditional demand-side reform process.In this regard,colleges ought to start by strengthening the connection between professional settings and job requirements,raising professional teaching standards,and establishing a teacher swap system,and explore and innovate the higher vocational civil aviation transportation professionals training mode from the perspective of supply-side structural reform.
