1+X证书背景下电商专业人才培养体系重构的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of E-commerce Talents Training System Reconstruction under the Background of 1+X Certificate

本文通过调研1+X证书改革背景下电商核心岗位、电商企业人才的需求情况,根据电商专业毕业生应该达到的岗位培养目标,提出了制定基于网店运营推广职业技能等级证书的专业课程标准,尝试设计了1+X证书培训师资的培养路径。

This paper studies the essential characteristics of 1+X certificate,and its combination with the exploration and practice of e-commerce professional talent training system reconstruction,analyzes the problems existing in the traditional e-commerce professional talent training system,and takes the e-commerce major of Zhejiang Guangxia Construction Vocational and Technical University as an example to investigate the core positions of e-commerce and the talent demand of e-commerce enterprises under the background of 1+X certificate reform.According to the goals to be achieved after training by e-commerce graduates specified by the talent training program,the paper develops professional curriculum standards based on the online shop operation and promotion vocational skill grade certificates,constructs the software and hardware equipment for talents training of online shop operation and promotion vocational skills,and designs the training path of 1+X certificate training teachers.
