摘要
目的:探究鼠神经生长因子对颅脑损伤患者神经功能及炎性状态的影响。方法:选取2017年6月-2019年10月笔者所在医院收治的66例颅脑损伤患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规颅脑损伤治疗)和观察组(常规治疗加鼠神经生长因子),各33例。比较两组临床总有效率、治疗前及治疗后1、3周血清神经功能及炎性指标。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组血清神经功能及炎性指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后1、3周两组血清神经功能及炎性指标均低于治疗前,且观察组各指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼠神经生长因子有助于改善颅脑损伤患者的神经功能及炎性状态,在颅脑损伤患者中的应用价值较高。
Objective:To investigate the influence of mouse nerve growth factor for nerve function and inflammatory state of patients with craniocerebral injury.Method:A total of 66 patients with craniocerebral injury from June 2017 to October 2019 were chosen for the research,and they were randomly divided into the control group (conventional craniocerebral injury treatment) and the observation group (conventional treatment and mouse nerve growth factor) with 33 cases in each group.Then the total clinical effective rate,serum nerve function and inflammatory indexes before the treatment and at 1st,3rd week after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the serum nerve function and inflammatory indicators between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05),1 week and 3 weeks after treatment,the serum nerve function and inflammatory indicators in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and all indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The mouse nerve growth factor can effectively improve the nerve function and inflammatory state of patients with craniocerebral injury,so its application value in the patients with craniocerebral injury is higher.
