α-氰基丙烯酸异丁酯组织粘合剂在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的应用

Application of Isobutyl α-cyanoacrylate Tissue Adhesive in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的:评价α-氰基丙烯酸异丁酯组织粘合剂在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的效果。方法:选择本院2020年1-8月行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者120例,按照双盲法分为观察组与对照组,各60例。对照组采用常规缝合技术,观察组采用α-氰基丙烯酸异丁酯组织粘合剂。对比两组手术时间、住院时间、切口甲级愈合率和术后疼痛评分及瘢痕满意度。结果:观察组手术时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且视觉模拟评分(VAS)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组切口甲级愈合率100%,显著高于对照组的91.67%(P<0.05)。观察组瘢痕满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:α-氰基丙烯酸异丁酯组织粘合剂在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的效果良好,操作简单,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore effect of isobutyl α-cyanoacrylate tissue adhesive in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Method:A total of 120 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from January to August 2020 were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the double-blind method,60 cases in each group.The control group were given routine suture,the observation group was given isobutyl α-cyanoacrylate tissue adhesive.The operation time,hospitalization time,grade A healing rate of the incision,postoperative pain score and scar satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the visual analogue scale (VAS) score was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The grade A healing rate of the incision in the observation group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 91.67% in the control group (P<0.05).The scar satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Isobutyl α-cyanoacrylate tissue adhesive has good effect in the laparoscopic cholecystectomy,easy operation and is worthy of promotion.
