醋酸地塞米松粘贴片联合康复新液治疗老年复发性口腔溃疡的效果及对血清MDA、SOD的影响

Effect of Dexamethasone Acetate Adhesive Tablets Combined with Kangfuxin Solution on Recurrent Oral Ulcer in the Elderly and Its Effect on Serum MDA and SOD

目的:探讨醋酸地塞米松粘贴片联合康复新液治疗老年复发性口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法:将2017年3月-2018年12月收治的86例老年复发性口腔溃疡患者以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例,对照组给予康复新液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用醋酸地塞米松粘贴片治疗,比较两组治疗效果,以及治疗前、治疗7 d后疼痛程度、睡眠质量及血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,并记录不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.02%,明显高于对照组的74.42%(P<0.05);治疗前,两组视觉模拟评分(VAS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗7 d后,观察组VAS、PSQI评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组血清MDA、SOD水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗7 d后,观察组血清MDA、SOD水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为13.95%,对照组为4.65%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:醋酸地塞米松粘贴片联合康复新液治疗老年复发性口腔溃疡,效果显著,可有效改善患者症状,调节MDA、SOD水平,且安全性良好,具有较高临床价值。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Dexamethasone Acetate Adhesive Tablets combined with Kangfuxin Solution in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer in the elderly.Method:A total of 86 elderly patients with recurrent oral ulcer admitted from March 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kangfuxin Solution,while the observation group was treated with Dexamethasone Acetate Adhesive Tablets on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,pain degree,sleep quality,levels of serum malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) before and 7 d after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded.Result:The total effective rate was 93.02% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 74.42% in the control group (P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the visual analogue scale (VAS) and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) scores between the two groups (P>0.05).After 7 d of treatment,the VAS and PSQI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in levels of serum MDA and SOD between the two groups (P>0.05).After 7 d of treatment,the levels of serum MDA and SOD in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 13.95% and 4.65% in the control group,there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Dexamethasone Acetate Adhesive Tablets combined with Kangfuxin Solution is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with recurrent oral ulcer.It can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,regulate the levels of MDA and SOD,and has good safety.It has high clinical value.
