精细化护理在环状混合痔患者行PPH手术治疗期间的临床体会

Clinical Experience of Refined Nursing during PPH Operation in Patients with Circular Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的:探讨精细化护理在环状混合痔患者行吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids,PPH)治疗期间的临床体会。方法:选取2017年5月-2019年5月笔者所在医院收治的行PPH手术治疗的环状混合痔患者84例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各42例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予精细化护理。观察分析两组患者生活质量评分、SAS和SDS评分、术后疼痛分级情况、治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果:研究组生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组疼痛程度1级率高于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛程度2级、3级率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组疼痛指数评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗依从性及护理满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对行PPH手术治疗的环状混合痔患者应用精细化护理,可有效促进患者疼痛症状缓解,使患者并发症发生率明显减少,有利于降低多种负面情绪对患者的影响,进而促进护理满意度提升,可推广使用。

Objective:To explore the clinical experience of refined nursing during the procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids (PPH) in patients with circular mixed hemorrhoids.Method:A total of 84 patients with circular mixed hemorrhoids treated with PPH surgery in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group,each with 42 patients.Complications,SAS and SDS scores,postoperative pain grading,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were observed and analyzed.Result:The quality of life score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The pain rate of grade 1 in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05),while pain rate of grade 2 and grade 3 were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The pain index score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05),and treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of fine nursing for patients with cyclic mixed hemorrhoids treated with PPH surgery can effectively promote the relief of pain symptoms in patients,so that the incidence of complications in patients is significantly reduced,is conducive to reduce the impact of a variety of negative emotions on patients,and further promote the improvement of nursing satisfaction,can be widely used..
