应用强化护理策略预防ICU人工气道相关性压力损伤的效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析强化护理策略在预防ICU人工气道相关性压力损伤中的应用效果。方法:选择2019年6月-2020年5月笔者所在医院ICU收治的180例留置人工气道患者为研究对象,根据护理方法的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组90例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用强化护理策略。比较两组人工气道相关性压力损伤发生率及护理满意度。结果:观察组人工气道相关性压力损伤发生率为1.11%,明显低于对照组的7.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为(91.1±1.6)分,明显高于对照组的(87.6±2.3)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强化护理策略的应用有助于降低ICU患者人工气道相关性压力损伤发生率,并提高护理满意度,有利于提高临床预后,值得推广使用。 Objective:To analyze the application effect of intensive nursing strategy in preventing ICU artificial airway related pressure injury.Method:From June 2019 to May 2020,180 patients with indwelling artificial airway admitted in ICU of our hospital were selected as the research object.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different nursing methods,with 90 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given intensive nursing strategy.The incidence of artificial airway related pressure injury and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of artificial airway related pressure injury in the observation group was 1.11%,which was significantly lower than 7.78% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was (91.1±1.6) points,which was significantly higher than (87.6±2.3) points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of intensive nursing strategy is helpful to reduce the incidence of artificial airway related pressure injury in ICU patients and improve nursing satisfaction,which is conducive to improve clinical prognosis,which is worthy of popularization.
