口肌训练辅助试喂养应用于脑炎伴吞咽障碍患儿的效果分析

Effect of Oral Muscle Training Assisted Trial Feeding in Children with Encephalitis and Dysphagia

目的:探究口肌训练辅助试喂养对脑炎伴吞咽障碍患儿的治疗效果。方法:选取2018年5月-2020年1月笔者所在医院收治的脑炎伴吞咽障碍患儿65例,随机数字表法分为辅助组33例和对照组32例。对照组采用试喂养治疗,辅助组在对照组基础上加用口肌训练干预。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后口运动功能评分和吞咽障碍调查问卷(DDS)评分。结果:辅助组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后辅助组口运动功能评分高于对照组,DDS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口肌训练可提高试喂养对脑炎伴吞咽障碍患儿的治疗效果,改善患儿吞咽障碍,提高口运动功能,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of oral muscle training assisted trial feeding on children with encephalitis and swallowing disorder.Method:From May 2018 to January 2020,65 children with encephalitis and dysphagia admitted to the author’s hospital were selected and were divided into the auxiliary group (33 cases) and the control group (32 cases) by random number table method.The control group was treated with trial feeding,and the auxiliary group was treated with oral muscle training intervention on the basis of the control group.The effect of treatment,oral motor function score and swallowing disorder questionnaire (DDS) score before and after treatment before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the auxiliary group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the oral motor function score in the auxiliary group was higher than that in the control group,and the DDS score was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral muscle training can improve the therapeutic effect of trial feeding on children with encephalitis and dysphagia,improve dysphagia and oral motor function,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
