摘要
"肝主疏泄"是中医学的重要理论基础之一。肝主疏泄的功能体之一为调畅情志。可以说肝是中医情志致病的理论核心之一。中医学认为胃癌作为一种脾胃疾病,病变虽在胃,却与肝密切相关。"肝主疏泄"在情志致病理论中至关重用。情志内伤不仅是胃癌病因,更在胃癌的发展预后中起着重要的作用。"肝主疏泄"对于临床诊断和治疗胃癌伴抑郁焦虑状态患者具有一定的指导意义。
Liver controlling dispersion is one of the important theoretical bases of traditional Chinese medicine.One of the main functions of the liver is to regulate the mood.It can be said that liver is one of the core of pathogenicity of emotion in traditional Chinese medicine.Gastric cancer is considered as a disease of the spleen and stomach in traditional Chinese medicine,the pathological changes of gastric cancer in the stomach,closely related to the liver."Liver controlling dispersion" is very important in the theory of pathogenicity of emotion.Emotional internal injury is not only the etiology of gastric cancer,but also plays an important role in the development and prognosis of gastric cancer,has certain guiding significance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer patients with depression and anxiety.
