PDCA循环法联合6S管理模式在EICU噪声管理中的应用

Application Effect of PDCA Cycle Method Combined with 6S Management Mode in EICU Noise Management

目的:探讨PDCA循环法联合6S管理模式在EICU噪声管理中的应用效果。方法:收集2018年10月本院EICU的噪声强度作为干预前数据,从2019年1月开始实行PDCA循环法联合6S管理模式,收集2019年6月的噪声强度作为干预后数据。比较干预前后EICU各区域昼间及夜间的噪声情况及医务人员满意度情况。结果:干预后EICU各区域昼间、夜间的噪声情况明显优于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后EICU工作人员的总满意度高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环法联合6S管理模式有助于改善EICU噪声情况,提高EICU医务人员满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of PDCA cycle method combined with 6S management mode in EICU noise management.Method:The noise intensity in EICU of our hospital in October 2018 was collected as the pre-intervention data.The PDCA cycle method combined with 6S management mode was implemented from January 2019,and the noise intensity in June 2019 was collected as the post-intervention data.The daytime,nighttime noise levels and medical staff satisfaction in each area of EICU before and after intervention were compared.Result:After intervention,the daytime and nighttime noise levels in each area of EICU were significantly better than those before intervention (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of EICU staff after intervention was higher than that before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA cycle method combined with 6S management mode is helpful to improve EICU noise and improve EICU medical staff satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
