退行性腰椎滑脱症的非手术治疗概括

Non-surgical Treatment of Degenerative Lumbar Spondylolisthesis

退行性腰椎滑脱症的病因尚未明确、治疗方案尚未统一,根据是否进行手术治疗可简单地将治疗方案分为两大类,其中非手术疗法如制动、药物治疗可改善疼痛,牵引治疗可纠正滑脱程度,中医特色疗法包括中药内治、中药外敷、针灸治疗、推拿手法治疗从整体出发,标本兼治,临床疗效确切,非手术治疗成为当前研究热点。本文通过总结近年来退行性腰椎滑脱症的非手术治疗方法,分析各治疗方法临床疗效,以期为临床工作者制定综合非手术治疗方案提供参考。

The etiology of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis has not been clarified and the treatment plan has not been unified.At present,surgical treatment and nonoperative treatment are the two main categories.Non-surgical treatment such as Lumbar immobilization,drug therapy can relief the pain,traction therapy can correct spondylolisthesis,the characteristic therapy of traditional Chinese medicine including the traditional Chinese medicine,the traditional Chinese medicine external treatment,acupuncture,Tuina manipulation treating both manifestation and root cause of disease,clinical curative effect with holistic thinking.Non-surgical treatment became the current research hotspot.This review summarizes the non-surgical treatment methods of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis in recent years,and analyzes the clinical efficacy of each treatment method,so as to provide reference for clinical workers to make comprehensive Nonoperative treatment plans.
