摘要 目的:设计一种基于互联网+平台的医院档案电子信息管理系统,以期有效提高医院档案管理效率。方法:采取互联网+办公自动化系统(OA)平台,快速无缝链接文书档案、医疗档案、教学档案、论文档案、论著档案、课题档案、获奖档案、基建档案、设备档案、出版档案及财会档案功能管理模块与系统管理模块。完成其功能实现,提供完善的医院档案电子信息。结果:基于互联网+OA平台可较好适应医院档案电子信息管理,浏览器/服务器(B/S)结构可实现在任何时间及地点为相关用户提供信息查询及打印档案等服务,且由于档案管理系统为服务器管理员统一管理,其安全性有保障,功能模块的设计可满足医院档案电子信息管理及用户需求。基于互联网+平台的医院档案电子信息管理系统查阅档案资料速度较传统查阅方法提高65%。结论:基于互联网+平台的医院档案电子信息管理系统可有效管理医院档案信息,使档案管理流程网络化,从而实现信息共享,提升医院档案管理水平。 Objective:To design an electronic information management system of hospital archives based on Internet Plus platform so as to effectively improve the management efficiency of hospital archives.Methods:The Internet Plus Office Automation(OA)platform was adopted to quickly and seamlessly connect the functional management module and system management module included documentary archives,medical archives,teaching archives,thesis archives,works archives,project archives,awards archives,capital construction,equipment archives,publication archives and finance and accounting archives,and to complete the achievement of the functions of these modules and to provide improved electronic information of hospital archives.Results:The application of OA platform based on Internet Plus could better fit to electronic information management of hospital archives.The browser/server(B/S)structure could provide information inquiry,printing archives and other services for relevant users at any time and any place.In addition,the unified management with server administrator of this archive management system could ensure the safety,and the design of functional module could meet electric information management of hospital archives and the requirement of users.The speed of the electric information management system of hospital archives based on Internet Plus platform was increased 65%of prior speed in searching archival data.Conclusion:The electronic information management system of hospital archives based on Internet Plus platform can effectively manage the information of hospital archives,and can achieve the network of management process for archives,thus to realize information sharing,and to enhance the management level of hospital for archives.
