基于微信平台的肺结核病患者督导管理研究

Research on supervision and management of tuberculosis patients based on WeChat platform

目的:设计基于微信平台的肺结核病患者督导管理方案,提升基层肺结核病防治公共卫生管理水平。方法:采用超文本预处理器(PHP)语言开发,使用MySQL数据库,设置用药管理、督导反馈和教育培训3个督导管理应用模块,设计基于微信平台的肺结核病患者督导管理方案,梳理传统肺结核病督导工作中的薄弱环节,进行基于微信平台的肺结核病督导管理。结果:现代肺结核病防治体系下,通过基于微信平台的肺结核病患者督导管理方案避免了因用户输入错误而导致的无效调查反馈,能够有效提高督导工作质量和效率,患者药物依从性提高了13%,患者督导管理信息录入效率由传统调查问卷方式的60%~80%提高至92%,缩短了2周的录入统计时间。结论:基于微信平台的肺结核病患者督导管理方案,能够提高肺结核病患者服药督导管理水平以及肺结核病健康教育和反馈效果,提升肺结核病防治工作的信息化管理水平。

Objective:To design a WeChat platform-based supervision and management program for tuberculosis patients to improve the public health management level of tuberculosis prevention and treatment at the basic level.Methods:Developed with hypertext preprocessor(PHP)language,using MySQL database,set up three supervisory management application modules for medication management,supervisory feedback and education and training,designed a WeChat platform-based supervision and management program for tuberculosis patients,and sorted out the weakness in the traditional tuberculosis supervision work and conducted WeChat-based tuberculosis supervision and management.Results:Under the modern tuberculosis prevention and control system,the WeChat platform-based supervision and management program for tuberculosis patients eliminates invalid survey feedback caused by user input errors,which can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of supervision work,and the patients'drug compliance has increased by 13%.The efficiency of supervision and management information entry has been increased from 60%-80%of the traditional questionnaire method to 92%,and shorten the entry and statistics time of 2 weeks.Conclusion:The supervision and management program for tuberculosis patients based on the WeChat platform can improve the management of tuberculosis patients'medication supervision and management,as well as the effect of tuberculosis health education and feedback,and improve the information management level of tuberculosis prevention and treatment.
