This paper analyzes the evaluation process of national scholarships under the constraints of the"four sole criterions",points out the problems,and proposes corresponding solutions.In the current environment of breaking the"four sole criterions",the solution to the evaluation of national scholarships will be elaborated from the establishment of an evaluation mechanism by the university,the establishment of an evaluation system by the college,the role of graduate tutors,and the later effects of national scholarships.
