高校兼职班主任是学生教育管理工作的实施者,是大学生学习和生活的引路人。该文根据作者在高职预防医学专业定向班教育管理的工作实践,对管理工作存在的问题进行了分析并提出了解决对策,为其他医学院校的定向生管理工作提供有效借鉴。

Part-time head teachers in higher vocational colleges are persons who carry out student management,and guide college students'study and life.Based on the writer's practice in the education management of rural-oriented medical classes of preventive medicine,this paper analyzed the problems existing in the management and proposed effective countermeasures,which could provide effective reference for the management of rural-oriented medical students in other medical colleges.
