摘要
研究生学位教育是国家高等教育的较高层次,代表高等教育技术水平和未来发展方向。在研究生培养过程中,存在诸多影响师生关系的因素,进而影响研究生的培养和发展。该文以角色理论为基础,研究如何优化研究生与导师的关系,为构建研究生与导师的和谐关系提供理论指导。
Postgraduate education is a higher level of higher education in our country,representing the technical level and future development of higher education.There are many factors that affect the relationship between teachers and students in the process of postgraduate education,which in turn affects the training and development of graduate students.Based on role theory,this paper studies how to optimize the relationship between graduate students and tutors,and provides theoretical guidance for the construction of a harmonious relationship between graduate students and tutors.
