The Experience and Thinking of Model Party Branch Construction in Party Building Work Based on Disciplines and Specialties

为了探讨高校基层党支部与学科、专业结合的相关工作,该文以新疆农业大学林学与园艺学院教工第二党支部为例,结合思想建设、组织建设、制度建设等方面,从基层党支部工作重点任务的"七个有力"出发,总结了基于学科、专业建设样板党支部的经验,思考如何建设适应新疆高校工作要求、提供全方位服务的样板党支部。

In order to discuss the work related to the combination of grassroots Party branches with disciplines and specialties in colleges and universities,this paper takes the second Party branch of the faculty and staff of the College of Forestry and Horticulture of Xinjiang Agricultural University as an example,and combining ideological construction,organizational construction,and system construction,summarizes the experience of constructing model Party branches based on the construction of disciplines and specialties from the seven aspects in the key tasks of grassroots Party branches.It also discusses how to form a model Party branch that meets the requirements of colleges and universities in Xinjiang,and provides all-round services.
