摘要
考虑网络与时差等因素影响,常州大学选择微信群平台积极开展工程流体力学课程的在线教学。根据留学生基础知识稍差和课程知识点繁多的特点,适当压缩理论学习时长,增加课堂讨论时间,并在章节学习中穿插专题讲授,鼓励学生自己制作应用案例小视频,将学生平时表现在考核中的比重由常规线下教学的20%提升至40%,提高了学生的参与度,激发了学生的学习热情。通过对教学内容、教学设计和考核方式的探索与改善,提升了学生的自我学习与工程应用能力,同时为后续课程的改进和其他类似课程的建设积累了宝贵的经验。
Considering the influence of network and time difference,the school chooses WeChat group platform to actively carry out online teaching of the engineering fluid mechanics course.According to the characteristics of poor basic knowledge of foreign students and various knowledge points of the course,we should appropriately reduce the length of theoretical study,increase the time of classroom discussion,and intersperse special lectures in chapter study to encourage students to make small video of application cases.Through the exploration and improvement of teaching content,teaching design and examination methods,we have improved students'self-learning and engineering application ability,and accumulated valuable experience for the improvement of follow-up courses and the construction of other similar courses.
