浅析医学生专业认同现状及相关对策 被引量:4

A Brief Analysis on the Status Quo of Medical Students'Professional Identity and Relevant Countermeasures

摘要 目的:分析医学生对所就读专业的认可度,并探讨相关对策。方法:通过向广州医科大学619名学生开展问卷调查,收集数据并进行统计学分析。结果:不同年级学生在专业认知维度存在差异(P<0. 05),大一年级得分最高,大二年级得分最低;不同录取志愿学生在专业情感维度存在差异(P<0. 05),第一志愿得分最高,第三志愿及以后得分最低;独生子女与非独生子女在专业期望维度存在差异(P<0. 05),独生子女的平均得分更高;班干部与非班干部在专业认同总分及专业期望维度存在差异(P<0. 05),班干部的得分更高。结论:医学生就读年级、录取志愿的不同,以及是否是独生子女、是否担任班干部是影响学生专业认同度的因素。提高学生的专业认可度需要政府、社会、学校等多方面的共同努力。 Objective:To analyze the recognition of medical students for the major they are studying,and discuss relevant countermeasures.Method:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 619 students of Guangzhou Medical University to collect data and conduct statistical analysis.Results:Students of different grades differ in the dimension of professional cognition(P<0.05),with freshmen scoring the highest and sophomores scoring the lowest;students with different preferences of majors before they were admitted differ in the dimension of professional emotion(P<0.05),with the first choice scoring the highest and the third choice and later scoring the lowest;there is a difference between the only child and the non-only child in the dimension of professional expectation(P<0.05),and the average score of the only child is higher;there is a difference between class leaders and non-class cadres in the total score of professional identity and the dimension of professional expectation(P<0.05),and class leaders score higher.Conclusion:The difference in the grades of medical students,their preferences of majors,whether they are the only child,whether they are class leaders are the factors that affect students'professional identity.Improving students'professional identity requires the joint efforts of the government,society,and schools.
