民间美术优势助力构建地域特色冰雪文化——以吉林省农民画为例

The Construction of an Ice and Snow Culture with Regional Characteristics Supported by the Advantages of Folk Fine Arts:Taking the Farmer Paintings of Jilin Province as an Example

冰雪文化源远流长,是我国文化的重要组成部分,而吉林省作为北方冰雪大省,有很强的群众与文化基础。以吉林省民间美术的优势力量——农民画为载体,积极挖掘、整理和弘扬冰雪文化,打造具有浓郁地方特色的冰雪文化产业,并以此为契机协同发展冰雪运动、冰雪民俗文化等,引领全域共同发展吉林省地域冰雪文化,让农民画与冰雪文化相结合,丰富冰雪文化的内涵与外延,同时也可以为吉林省的经济文化建设提供新的内生动力。

Ice and snow culture has a long history as an important part of our culture,and Jilin Province,as a large northern ice and snow province,has a strong mass and cultural foundation.Taking the dominant force of folk fine arts in Jilin Province,farmer paintings,as the carrier,it is necessary to actively explore,organize and promote ice and snow culture,create an ice and snow culture industry with strong regional characteristics,and use this as an opportunity to coordinate the development of ice and snow sports,ice and snow folk culture,etc.,so as to lead the joint development of ice and snow culture in the whole area of Jilin Province,combine farmer paintings with ice and snow culture,enrich the connotation and extension of ice and snow culture,and also provide new endogenous power for the economic and cultural construction of Jilin Province.
