SWOT Analysis on the Construction and Development of Fujian Free Trade Zone

【目的/意义】对福建自贸区发展现状进行总结,并探索自贸区建设的策略,以更好地促进福建自贸区的发展。【方法/过程】阐述福建自贸区设立的建设背景,利用SWOT分析福建自贸区发展的优势、劣势以及面临的机遇与威胁,并基于此提出具体的对策建议。【结果/结论】通过SWOT分析,从“S+O”策略、“S+T”策略、“W+O”策略、“W+T”策略4个方面,提出福建自贸区的发展应充分利用自身优势,优化对外开放格局、加强地区分类指导,优化产业结构、优化人才引进及服务制度、加强区域合作,避免恶性竞争、转变政府职能,鼓励企业创新等建议,为进一步促进福建自贸区的发展提供参考。

【Objective/Meaning】The development status of Fujian Free Trade Zone was summarized and the strategies for the construction of Free Trade Zone were explored,in order to better promote the development of Fujian Free Trade Zone.【Methods/Procedures】The background of the establishment of Fujian Free Trade Zone was expounded.Then,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the development of Fujian Free Trade Zone were analyzed by SWOT analysis.Last,the specific countermeasures were put forward based on this.【Results/Conclusions】Through the SWOT analysis,the countermeasures for the development of Fujian Free Trade Zone were put forward from four aspects of“S+O”strategy,“S+T”strategy,“W+O”strategy and“W+T”strategy,including making full use of its own advantages,optimizing the pattern of opening to the outside world,strengthening the regional classification guidance,optimizing the industrial structure,optimizing the talent introduction and service system,strengthening the regional cooperation,avoiding the vicious competition,transforming the government function,and encouraging the innovation of enterprises and so on,so as to provide references for further promoting the development of Fujian Free Trade Zone.
