结合潮汕文化的人文关怀护理在晚期恶性肿瘤中的应用

Application of Humanistic Care and Nursing in Advanced Malignant Tumor Combined with Chaoshan Culture

目的探讨结合潮汕文化的人文关怀护理在减轻晚期恶性肿瘤患者疼痛,改善生活质量和不良情绪中的应用。方法纳入60例晚期恶性肿瘤患者,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用结合潮汕文化的人文关怀护理措施,比较两组患者干预后疼痛缓解率、焦虑及抑郁等不良情绪改善情况、生活质量提高情况。结果观察组疼痛缓解率优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组干预后抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组SF-36生活质量量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论结合潮汕文化的人文关怀护理可以减轻晚期恶性肿瘤患者疼痛,改善其焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,并提高患者的生活质量。

ObjectiveTo explore the application of humanistic care combined with Chaoshan culture in alleviating pain,improving quality of life and bad mood in patients with advanced malignant tumor.Methods 60 patients with advanced malignant tumor were divided into control group and observation group,each group was 30 cases.The control group used routine nursing methods,and the observation group used humanistic care and nursing measures combined with Chaoshan culture to compare the improvement of pain relief rate,anxiety and depression after intervention,and the improvement of quality of life.ResultsThe pain relief rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the SDS、SAS scores in the observation group after intervention were all The score of SF-36 quality of life scale in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe humanistic care combined with Chaoshan culture can alleviate the pain of patients with advanced malignant tumor,improve their anxiety,depression and other bad emotions,and improve the quality of life of patients.
