电动扬声器智能检测与自动分类系统的设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对电声领域中电动扬声器自动化检测程度差的问题,设计了一套用于电动扬声器的智能检测与自动分类系统。采用机器视觉技术对扬声器焊点进行识别与定位,将焊点定位信息发送给自组装机械设备用于调整扬声器焊点位置,使焊点接入测试端口。结合LabVIEW软件设计,实现对扬声器电声参数的智能检测。根据检测结果,自组装机械设备可对扬声器进行快速精准自动分类。结果表明,系统可对任意摆放的扬声器进行自动定位焊点、接入测试信号、测量电声参数以及自动分类,能够较好地满足应用领域的需求。 Aiming at the problem of poor automatic detection of electrodynamic loudspeakers in the field of electroacoustics,a set of intelligent detection and automatic classification system for electrodynamic loudspeakers was designed.With machine vision technology,loudspeaker solder joints were identified and located adopting machine vision technology.The solder joint positioning information was transmitted to the self-assembly machinery and equipment,which can adjust the position of the loudspeaker solder joints so that the solder joints were connected to the test port.Combined with LabVIEW software design,intelligent detection of loudspeaker electroacoustic parameters was realized.According to the test results,the self-assembly machinery and equipment can quickly and accurately automatically classify the loudspeakers.The results show that the system can automatically locate solder joints,access test signals,measure electro-acoustic parameters,and automatically classify for randomly placed electrodynamic loudspeakers,which can better meet the needs of the application field.
