摘要
cGAS-STING信号通路是检测细胞内DNA的主要途径之一,病毒、细菌和自体DNA都可通过cGAS-STING信号通路激活免疫系统。其中自体DNA通过cGAS-STING信号通路与非酒精性脂肪肝、脂肪组织炎症、胰岛素抵抗、糖代谢异常等代谢性疾病的发生相关。文章结合近年cGAS-STING信号通路与代谢性疾病的相关研究,概述cGAS-STING信号通路在炎症及免疫系统中的作用及其激活或缺失与代谢性疾病发生的关系,展望该信号途径研究的发展趋势及其在相关代谢性疾病治疗中的潜能。
The cGAS-STING signaling pathway is one of the main ways to detect DNA in cells.Virus,bacterial DNA and self-DNA can all activate the immune system through thecGASSTING signaling pathway.Among them,self-DNA is related to the occurrence of metabolic diseases such as non-alcoholic fatty liver,adipose tissue nflammation,insulin resistance,and abnormal glucose metabolism through the GAS-STING signaling pathway.This article combines recent studies on the cGAS-STING signaling pathway and metabolic diseases,summarizes the role of the cGASSTING signaling pathway in inflammation and the immune system,as well as the relationship etween its activation or loss and the occurrence of metabolic diseases,and unfolds the prospects of research on this signaling pathway and its treatment potential for related metabolic diseases.
