摘要
目的探讨血清中microRNA-99b相对表达水平与急性脑梗死患者颅内动脉粥样斑块负荷、神经功能缺损程度的相关性。方法自2017年1月-2019年12月回顾性收集本院收治的急性脑梗死患者60例作为观察组,同期收集至本院健康体检的健康成人60例作为对照组;测量2组血清中microRNA-99b相对表达水平、颅内动脉粥样斑块负荷和神经功能,同时分析急性脑梗死患者血清中microRNA-99b相对表达水平与急性脑梗死患者颅内动脉粥样斑块负荷、神经功能缺损程度的相关性。结果与对照组比较,观察组血清中microRNA-99b相对表达水平显著降低(0.94±0.12 vs. 1.52±0.21,P=0.000),非责任斑块负荷显著增高(0.67±0.15 vs. 0.42±0.14,P=0.000);观察组责任斑块负荷为0.72±0.18;Pearson线性相关性分析显示急性脑梗死患者血清中microRNA-99b相对表达水平与NIHSS评分、脑梗死面积、责任斑块负荷和非责任斑块负荷均呈显著负相关(r=-0.576,-0.553,-0.513,-0.562,P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者血清中microRNA-99b相对表达水平降低,且与颅内动脉粥样斑块负荷、神经功能缺损程度有关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between relative expression level of microRNA-99 b in serum and the load of intracranial atheromatous plaque, the degree of neurological deficit in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods From January 2017 to December 2019, 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital were collected as the observation group and 60 healthy adults were collected as the control group. Relative expression level of microRNA-99 b, plaque load and nerve function were measured. At the same time, the correlations between relative expression level of microRNA-99 b in serum of patients with acute cerebral infarction and the load of intracranial atheromatous plaque, the degree of neurological deficit were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, relative expression level of microrna-99 b in serum of the observation group was significantly reduced(0.94±0.12 vs.1.52±0.21, P=0.000), the load of non responsible plaque was significantly increased(0.67±0.15 vs.0.42±0.14, P=0.000). The plaque load of the observation group was 0.72±0.18. Pearson linear correlation analysis showed that relative expression level of microrna-99 b in serum was negatively correlated with NIHSS score, infarct area, responsible plaque load and non responsible plaque load(r=-0.576,-0.553,-0.513,-0.562, P<0.05). Conclusion Relative expression level of microRNA-99 b in serum was decreased in patients with acute cerebral infarction, which was related to the load of intracranial atherosclerotic plaque and the degree of nerve function defect.
