摘要
文章阐述了采用三菱最低端的PLC,加上压力传感器及应变放大器组成对电阻点焊压力信号的采集和分析。从采集数据的波形可以看出系统的信噪比控制良好,同时满足了10ms级的采集速度要求,对点焊过程的压力变化过程描述刻画完整。为对点焊焊接过程数据的采集、数据存储及数据分析提供了硬件经济、软件程序简单的可行方案,为产品在线质量监控和生产过程可追溯提供了充足的条件,为制造业MES系统的IOT奠定了坚实的基础。
This paper describes the acquisition and analysis of resistance spot welding pressure signal by Mitsubishi PLC,pressure sensor and strain amplifier.It can be seen from the waveform of the data collection that the signal noise ratio of system is well controlled,and the acquisition speed of 10 ms level is satisfied at the same time.The pressure change process of the spot welding process is described completely.It provides a feasible scheme for hardware economy and software program simplicity for data collection,data storage and data analysis of spot welding process.It also provides sufficient conditions for online product quality monitoring and production process traceability,and lays a solid foundation for IOT of manufacturing MES system.
