关于HIPS面板贴保护膜后残留胶印研究报告

摘要 文章分类说明HIPS高光面板用PE保护膜残留胶纸印的几种表现方式,提出了保护膜所用胶黏剂与HIPS高光面板表面相似相溶效应、内嵌效应、黏弹性效应等残胶机理,通过高温、曝晒等实验开展复现验证,并给出了相应的措施及解决方案。 This paper illustrates the performance ways of HIPS specular panel with PE protective film residue tape seal in classification ways.The residual mechanisms of the adhesive used in the protective film and HIPS specular panel surface are proposed,such as similar phase solubility effect,in-lay effect and viscoelastic effect.Through the experiment of high temperature and insolation,the reappearance verification is carried out to provide the corresponding measures and solutions.
