红花黄色素注射液治疗老年糖尿病肾病合并急性心肌梗死的效果

The Effect of Safflower Yellow Injection in the Treatment of Elderly Diabetic Nephropathy with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的:研究红花黄色素注射液治疗老年糖尿病肾病(DN)合并急性心肌梗死(AMI)的效果及对肾功能的影响。方法:回顾性分析2018年2月-2020年2月本院收治的127例老年DN合并AMI患者,根据治疗方法将127例患者分为对照组与观察组,对照组(63例)进行常规治疗,观察组(64例)利用红花黄色素注射液进行治疗,对两组治疗前后的肾功能、心功能指标变化情况、不良反应发生率、临床治疗效果及中医症候积分进行比较。结果:治疗前,两组尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)指标水平,以及左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)指标水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的BUN、Scr水平明显低于对照组,LVEF、LVEDD水平明显优于对照组,且不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组,临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组各项症状的中医症候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用红花黄色素注射液对老年DN合并AMI患者进行治疗,在提高临床治疗效果的同时,还能有效缓解患者的心、肾功能指标水平,在一定程度上降低了患者的不良反应发生率,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective:To study the effect of Safflower Yellow Injection in the treatment of elderly diabetic nephropathy (DN) with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and its influence on renal function.Method:A retrospective analysis of 127 elderly patients with DN combined with AMI admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 was performed.The 127 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the treatment method.The control group (63 cases) was treated with conventional therapy.The observation group (64 cases) was treated with Safflower Yellow Injection,and the changes of renal function index,cardiac function index,incidence of adverse reactions,clinical treatment effect and TCM symptom score before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of urea nitrogen (BUN),blood creatinine (Scr),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD) in two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of BUN and Scr in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the levels of LVEF and LVEDD were significantly better than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group,the clinical efficacy was significantly better than that in the control group,with significant differences (P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of each symptom of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and there were significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Safflower Yellow Injection for the treatment of elderly patients with DN and AMI,while improving the clinical treatment effect,can also effectively relieve the patients’ heart and kidney function index levels,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to a certain extent.It is worthy of popularization and application in the clinic.
