以精细化理念为基础的护理干预在老年反流性食管炎患者护理中的价值

Value of Nursing Intervention Based on Elaborate Concept in Nursing of Elderly Patients with Reflux Esophagitis

目的:探讨以精细化理念为基础的护理干预在老年反流性食管炎患者护理中的价值。方法:选取2018年7月-2019年7月本院92例老年反流性食管炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各46例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组予以精细化理念为基础的护理干预。对比两组遵医行为、生活质量、护理满意度。结果:观察组遵医行为(配合治疗、按时服药、规律休息、规律饮食、戒烟戒酒)率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组各方面生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为93.48%(43/46),高于对照组的76.09%(35/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年反流性食管炎患者实施以精细化理念为基础的护理干预能够进一步提高患者的护理效果,提高患者的遵医行为,对于改善患者生活质量方面起到了很大的促进作用,患者对于护理的满意程度也很高,进一步推动了该护理方法在临床医学中的应用。

Objective:To study the value of nursing intervention based on elaborate concept in the nursing of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis.Method:From July 2018 to July 2019,92 elderly patients with reflux esophagitis in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on elaborate concept.Compared the compliance behaviors,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Result:The rate of compliance behaviors (coordinated treatment,taking medication on time,regular rest,regular diet,and smoking and alcohol withdrawal) of the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The quality of life scores in all aspects of the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 93.48% (43/46),which was higher than 76.09% (35/46) in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Carrying out nursing intervention based on elaborate concept on elderly patients with reflux esophagitis can further improve the patients’ nursing effect and improve the patients’ compliance behavior,which plays a great role in improving the patients’ quality of life.The satisfaction of nursing is also very high,which further promotes the application of this nursing method in clinical medicine.
