快速康复外科理念在护理乳腺癌改良根治围手术期患者中的应用

Application of Fast Track Surgery Concept in Patients with Breast Cancer in the Perioperative Period of Modified Radical Mastectomy

目的:探讨快速康复外科理念在护理乳腺癌改良根治围手术期患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:选取本院2019年1月-2020年1月收治的行改良根治术的乳腺癌患者58例,以随机数字表法分组,对照组(n=29)给予常规护理,研究组(n=29)给予快速康复外科理念下的护理,对比两组术后1 d与术后7 d疼痛评分、术后首次下床活动时间及住院时间、并发症发生率。结果:术后1 d,两组NRS疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后7 d,研究组NRS疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后首次下床活动时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复外科理念护理乳腺癌改良根治围手术期患者,能够有效降低患者术后疼痛感受,降低并发症发生率,促进术后早期康复,护理价值显著。

Objective:To explore the application method and effect of fast track surgery concept in nursing patients with breast cancer during the perioperative period of modified radical mastectomy.Method:A total of 58 patients with breast cancer who underwent modified radical mastectomy in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group (n=29) was given routine nursing care,and the study group (n=29) was given nursing care under the concept of fast track surgery.The pain scores of 1 day and 7 days after operation,the time of first getting out of bed,hospitalization time and incidence of the complication of the two groups were compared.Result:There was no significant difference in NRS pain score between the two groups 1 d after operation (P>0.05).On the 7th day after operation,the NRS pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The first time of getting out of bed was earlier than that of the control group and hospitalization time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the concept of fast track surgery in the nursing of patients with breast cancer in the perioperative period of modified radical mastectomy can effectively reduce the postoperative pain,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote the early recovery of patients after surgery,with significant nursing value.
