系统化护理干预在掌指骨骨折术后早期功能锻炼中的应用效果研究

Application Effect of Systematic Nursing Intervention in Early Functional Exercise after Metacarpal and Phalangeal Fractures Operation

目的:研究系统化护理干预在掌指骨骨折术后早期功能锻炼中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1-9月笔者所在医院接收的120例掌指骨骨折行骨折复位克氏针内固定术后患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组60例。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上开展系统化护理干预。比较两组骨折愈合时间、住院时间、临床疗效、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果:观察组骨折愈合早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手部功能优良率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:系统化护理干预应用于掌指骨骨折术后早期功能锻炼中的效果显著,可改善患者手部功能,并发症少,康复快,护理满意度高。

Objective:To study the application effect of systematic nursing intervention in early functional exercise after metacarpal and phalangeal fractures operation.Method:A total of 120 cases of patients with metacarpal and phalangeal fractures after fracture reduction and kirschner wire internal fixation operation received in our hospital were selected,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,60 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,the observation group carried out systematic nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The fracture healing time,length of hospital stay,clinical efficacy,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The fracture healing time in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The rate of excellent and good hand function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Systematic nursing intervention applied in the early functional exercise after metacarpal and phalangeal fractures operation has a significant effect,which can improve the hand function of patients,with fewer complications,fast recovery and high nursing satisfaction.
