蓝芩口服液辅助治疗儿童流感风热证的效果分析

Effect of Lanqin Oral Liquid in Adjuvant Treatment of Children with Influenza Wind Heat Syndrome

目的:探讨蓝芩口服液辅助治疗儿童流感风热证的效果及对免疫球蛋白水平的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年1月笔者所在医院收治的流感患儿70例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组予以磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以蓝芩口服液治疗。比较两组治疗效果、免疫球蛋白水平、症状缓解时间、住院时间。结果:观察组治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IgA、IgG、IgM水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽缓解时间、咽痛缓解时间、发热缓解时间及住院时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蓝芩口服液辅助治疗儿童流感风热证的效果确切,可提高免疫力,缩短症状缓解时间及住院时间。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Lanqin Oral Liquid in adjuvant treatment of children with influenza wind heat syndrome and its influence on immunoglobulin level.Method:A total of 70 cases of children with influenza in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Oseltamivir Phosphate Granules,the observation group was treated with Lanqin Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,immunoglobulin level,symptom relief time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Result:The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The cough relief time,pharyngeal pain relief time,fever relief time and hospitalization time in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Lanqin Oral Liquid is effective in adjuvant treatment of children with influenza wind heat syndrome,which can improve immunity,shorten the symptom relief time and hospitalization time.
