摘要
目的:分析美罗培南治疗新生儿化脓性脑膜炎的临床效果,为化脓性脑膜炎新生患儿找到一种高效的治疗方案。方法:选择2020年1-6月笔者所在医院60例患有化脓性脑膜炎的新生患儿作为本次研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同将其分成对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组患儿采用头孢曲松钠进行治疗,观察组患儿采用美罗培南进行治疗,比较两组患儿治疗前后血清中的硫化氢和一氧化氮含量,以及治疗后两组患儿的细菌学疗效、治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率。结果:两组患儿血清中的硫化氢和一氧化氮含量治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿血清中的硫化氢和一氧化氮含量均有明显降低,观察组患儿的硫化氢和一氧化氮含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿的细菌学疗效、治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用头孢曲松钠和美罗培南对化脓性脑膜炎新生患儿进行治疗,均能有效降低患儿血清中的硫化氢和一氧化氮含量,并提高患儿整体的治疗效率,但美罗培南治疗效果更佳。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Meropenem in the treatment of neonatal purulent meningitis,and to find an effective treatment plan for neonates with purulent meningitis.Method:From January to June 2020,60 newborn children with purulent meningitis in the hospital where the author was staying were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment methods,each with 30.Children in the control group were treated with Ceftriaxone Sodium,and children in the observation group were treated with Meropenem.The levels of hydrogen sulfide and nitric oxide in the serum of the two groups of children before and after treatment,and children’s bacteriological efficacy,total effective rate of treatment and incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Result:There was no significant difference in the levels of hydrogen sulfide and nitric oxide in the serum of the two groups of children before treatment (P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of hydrogen sulfide and nitric oxide in the serum of the two groups of children significantly decreased,the levels of hydrogen sulfide and nitric oxide in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The bacteriological curative effect and total effective rate of treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of children (P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of Ceftriaxone Sodium and Meropenem for the treatment of neonatal children with purulent meningitis can effectively reduce the levels of hydrogen sulfide and nitric oxide in the children’s serum and improve the overall treatment efficiency of the children,but Meropenem treatment effect is better.
