肠内营养集束化管理对多发伤伴慢性高血压危重症患者的应用价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨肠内营养(enteral nutrition,EN)集束化管理对多发伤伴慢性高血压危重症患者的应用价值。方法:选取2018年2月-2019年8月在笔者所在医院收治需要进行EN干预的多发伤伴慢性高血压危重症患者120例。使用随机分组的方式将其分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组给予常规的临床护理路径,观察组给予EN集束化护理。比较两组在治疗过程中出现并发症的情况和营养指标的变化,并统计两组患者护理满意度。结果:观察组并发症的总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组营养指标与对照组相比改善显著(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.67%,明显优于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05)。结论:采用EN集束化管理有利于降低并发症的发生,对于改善多发伤伴慢性高血压危重症患者预后结局有积极意义,同时也可以增加患者营养,护理满意度也得到显著提高,值得临床推广。 Objective:To investigate the application value of cluster management of enteral nutrition (EN) in critically ill patients with multiple trauma and chronic hypertension.Method:A total of 120 critically ill patients with multiple trauma and chronic hypertension who needed EN intervention were selected from February 2018 to August 2019 in our hospital.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases each.The control group was given routine clinical nursing pathway,and the observation group was given EN cluster nursing.Comparisons of complications and changes in nutritional indicators during treatment were made between the two groups,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was statistically analyzed.Result:The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group (P<0.05);the nutritional indicators in the observation group were significantly improved compared with that in the control group (P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly better than 85.00% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:EN cluster management is conducive to reducing the occurrence of complications,and has a positive significance in improving the prognostic outcome of critical patients with multiple trauma and chronic hypertension,as well as increasing the nutrition of patients,nursing satisfaction has also been significantly improved,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
