快速康复外科理念在高龄患者结直肠癌围术期护理中的应用效果

Effect of Fast Recovery Surgery in Perioperative Nursing of Elderly Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的:对快速康复外科理念应用于高龄患者结直肠癌围术期护理中的整体效果进行探析。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年1月在本科室行结直肠癌手术治疗的80例高龄患者,按照入院的先后顺序分为常规组和试验组,每组40例。分别在围手术期给予传统的护理理念(常规组)和快速康复外科理念(试验组),对比两组术后并发症情况及康复指标。结果:护理后,试验组康复指标均优于常规组,常规组并发症发生率(22.50%)高于试验组(5.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复外科理念的应用不仅可以在短时间内促进高龄患者结直肠癌手术患者的康复,同时也可以降低患者术后并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the overall effect of fast recovery surgery in perioperative nursing of elderly patients with colorectal cancer.Method:A total of 80 elderly patients who underwent colorectal cancer surgery in our department from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected.They were divided into the conventional group and the experimental group according to the order of admission,40 patients in each group.They were given traditional nursing (the conventional group) and fast recovery surgery nursing (the experimental group) respectively during perioperative period.The postoperative complications and rehabilitation indicators of the two groups were compared.Result:After nursing,the rehabilitation indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the conventional group;and the incidence of complications in the conventional group (22.50%) was higher than that of the experimental group (5.00%),the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the concept of fast recovery surgery can not only promote the recovery of elderly patients with colorectal cancer surgery in a short period of time,but also can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
