舞动疗法对精神科封闭式住院女患者社会功能的影响

Effect of Dance Movement Therapy on Social Function of Female Patients with Closed Hospitalization in Psychiatric Department

目的:探讨将舞动疗法应用于精神科封闭式住院女患者社会功能的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院精神科2019年1月-2020年6月接收的86例封闭式住院女患者进行研究,按治疗方法不同分为常规治疗组与舞动疗法组,各43例。其中常规治疗组给予常规治疗及工娱疗活动,舞动疗组基于常规治疗组基础上加入舞动疗法,比较两组治疗干预前后社会功能评分。结果:治疗前两组SDSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后舞动疗法组SDSS评分低于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将舞动疗法应用于精神科封闭式住院女患者治疗中具有显著疗效,可有效改善患者社会功能,值得广泛推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of dance movement therapy on social function of female patients with closed hospitalization in psychiatric department.Method:A total of 86 female patients with closed hospitalization in the psychiatric department of our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into the conventional treatment group and the dancing therapy group due to different treatment methods,43 cases in each group.Among them,the conventional treatment group was given routine treatment and recreational activities,while the dance therapy group was added dance movement therapy based on the conventional treatment group.The social function scores of the two groups before and after treatment intervention were compared.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in SDSS score between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05),after treatment,the SDSS score in the dance therapy group was lower than that in the conventional treatment group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of dance movement therapy in the treatment of female patients with closed hospitalization in psychiatric department has a significant effect,can effectively improve the social function of patients,which is worthy of extensive application.
