摘要
口腔鳞癌的发病机制非常复杂,目前仍未明确。研究发现lncRNA是肿瘤中的一组重要的调节因子,与口腔鳞癌的发生发展密切相关,本文就lncRNA在口腔鳞癌中表达及作为一类新的肿瘤标志物和治疗靶标的研究进展作一综述。
The pathogenesis of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is very complex and still unclear.It has been found that lncRNA is a group of important regulatory factors in tumor,which is closely related to the occurrence and development of oral squamous cell carcinoma.In this paper,the expression of lncRNA in oral squamous cell carcinoma and its research progress as a new class of tumor markers and therapeutic targets are reviewed.
