摘要
在分析高职院校科技创新人才培养现状的基础上,围绕“六个一”为特征的科技创新人才培养目标,在科技创新氛围营造、创新教育课程体系构建、指导体系构建、机制保障等方面采取了一系列措施,经过3年实践取得了较好的成效。
On the basis of the analysis for the status on the innovative sci-tech talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges,a series of measures were taken in constructing technological innovation atmosphere,innovative education curriculum system,guidance system and mechanism guarantee to achieve the training goal of innovative sci-tech talents characteristics of"six one".Some achievements had been achieved after three years of practice.
