摘要
建立面向物流管理专业学生核心能力培养的专业课程体系,是应用型专业培养方案制定的主要内容。以怀化学院物流管理专业为例,通过对物流管理专业毕业生就业去向的梳理,分析了物流管理七大类岗位的作业性质及其知识需求,在此基础上,利用U/C矩阵为工具,建立了岗位作业与知识点相互关系表,通过调整、画框以及绘制关联线,将岗位作业所需的知识点划分到一系列课程模块,并标明了课程模块之间的先修关系,划分结果可以保证课程模块的完备、一致与无冗余,为培养方案的课程设置以及学期课程分配提供依据。
In this paper,taking the logistics management specialty of Huaihua College as example,through summarizing and analyzing the employment destinations of logistics management specialty graduates,we examined the job nature and knowledge requirements of the seven major logistics management positions.On this basis,with U/C matrix as the tool,we drew the relationship table between job assignments and the knowledge points of the specialty,then by visually depicting the correlation among the knowledge points,divided the knowledge points required for each job assignment into a series of course modules,and cleared the prerequisite relations between the course modules,thus ensuring the completeness,consistency and non-redundancy of the course modules,and providing basis for the course setting and allocation of the class hours and schedules.
