摘要
本文介绍了某大型水电站26F水轮发电机组修后盘车调整推力头与转子中心体下法兰同心度工艺,并在调整过程中,发现了大型水轮发电机组使用制动器顶转子不水平问题,该问题影响水轮发电机组的安全,需要引起人们的高度重视。本文对使用制动器顶转子不水平问题进行了分析,并通过试验得出具体水平差值,计算出转子不水平带来的影响,并提出改进建议。
This paper introduces a technique for adjusting the concentricity of the thrust block and the rotor center hub after 26 hydro-generator units repaired in a large hydropower station,found the problem of not level when using the brakes to jack up the large hydroturbine generator rotor in the process of adjustment,the problem affected the safety of hydroelectric generating set and needed more attention from people.This paper analyzed the problem of not level when using the brakes to jack up the rotor,and got the specific level difference through a test,calculated the influence of the no level rotor,and put forward improvement suggestions.
