摘要 河北丰宁抽水蓄能电站是当前世界上在建装机容量最大的抽水蓄能电站,本文根据设计方案按初拟缝隙值和围岩弹性抗力系数,在联合受力条件下对岔管体形参数进行三维有限元设计优化,经优化后最终方案岔管的结构既满足明岔管准则的应力控制标准又符合埋管工况下的抗力限值要求,体形参数选择也满足规范要求,其成果对工程应用及国内外同类型电站钢岔管设计优化有指导和借鉴意义。 Fengning pumped storage power station in Hebei Province is the largest installed capacity in the world.According to the design scheme,according to the initially proposed gap value and the surrounding rock elastic resistance coefficient,the three-dimensional finite element design optimization is carried out for the shape parameters of the bifurcated pipe under the condition of joint stress.After optimization,the structure of the bifurcated pipe in the final scheme not only meets the stress control standard of the open bifurcated pipe criterion,but also meets the requirements of the open bifurcated pipe criterion under the condition of combined buried pipe,the resistance limit value and the shape parameter selection also meet the requirements of the specification.The results have guiding and reference significance for the engineering application and the design optimization of steel bifurcated pipe of the same type of power station at home and abroad.
