乡村振兴背景下推进民族地区乡村社会建设的对策分析

实施乡村振兴战略,是实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标的要求,是新时代社会主要矛盾转化提出的要求,是乡村建设取得的成就和积累的经验总结。乡村社会建设是民族地区乡村振兴的关键,需要健全现代乡村社会治理体制,促进社会治理重心向基层的下移;需要进一步完善村民自治制度,健全党群理事会等乡村社会组织,激发村民自治活力;需要改革与完善社会组织管理体制,逐步建立乡村社会组织参与乡村振兴建设的激励机制,多方面培育乡村各类技术人才。

The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is the requirement of realizing the“two centenary”goals,the requirement of the transformation of the main social contradictions in the new era,and the summary of achievement and accumulated experience of rural construction.Rural social construction is the key to rural revitalization in ethnic minority areas.We need to improve the modern rural social governance system and promote the focus of social governance to the grassroots.We need to further improve the villagers’self-government system,improve the party and mass Council and other rural social organizations,and stimulate the vitality of villagers’self-government.It is necessary to reform and improve the management system of social organizations,gradually establish the incentive mechanism for rural social organizations to participate in rural revitalization construction,and cultivate all kinds of rural technical talents in many aspects.
