摘要
长白落叶松LoHDZ1和LoHDZ3,其分别属于HD-Zip I和HD-Zip II亚家族,在长白落叶松(Larixolgensis Henry)幼苗施加外源激素后的不同组织部位中(根、茎、叶)基因表达量不同。经GA3及ABA处理之后,LoHDZ1与LoHDZ3基因基本呈现下调表达趋势,在IAA处理后与对照相比表达量增加。根据基因表达量的变化,初步分析LoHDZ1可能参与调控植物生长发育,LoHDZ3可能参与调控植物对胁迫的应答并调节生长发育部分过程。
Homologous domain-leucine zipper protein(HD-Zip) is a plant specific transcription factor. LoHDZ1 and LoHDZ3 belong to the HD-ZipI subfamily of HD-Zip II subfamily, respectively, and their gene expression levels were different in different tissues(root, stem and leaf) of Larix olgensis Henry seedlings after exogenous hormones were applied. After treatment with GA3 and ABA, LoHDZ1 and LoHDZ3 genes showed a down-regulated expression trend, and their expression levels increased after IAA treatment compared with the control group. According to the changes of gene expression, LoHDZ1 may be involved in the regulation of plant growth and development, and LoHDZ3 may be involved in the regulation of plant response to stress and the regulation of growth and development.
