摘要 目的探讨三维CT(3D-CT)重建联合吲哚菁绿近红外成像技术(ICGF)在胸腔镜肺段切除中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2019-06—2019-12间在河南省胸科医院行胸腔镜肺段切除术的19例患者的临床资料。结果19例患者术中均识别靶血管、靶支气管及段间交界线,并成功完成胸腔镜解剖性肺段切除术。结论术前3D-CT重建技术可对肺部病变进行评估,ICGF可显示段间线,两项技术联合可实现解剖性肺段切除。 Objective To study the feasibility of 3D CT reconstruction combined with indocyanine green near-infrared imaging(ICGF)in thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy.Methods A total of 19 patients who underwent thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy in Henan provincial chest hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the study object,Preoperative 3 D-CT reconstruction was used to evaluate the target segment of pulmonary arteriovenous and target trachea,After the target vessels and bronchi were severed,indocyanine green was injected intravenously and ICGF was used to identify the intersegmental line,so as to perform anatomic pulmonary segmental resection.Results In all the 19 patients with thoracoscopic anatomic pulmonary segmentectomy,the target vessels,target bronchi and intersegmental boundaries were successfully identified and underwent thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy.Conclusion 3D-CT reconstruction technology can be fully evaluated before surgery,and ICGF can clearly display intersegonal lines.The combination of the two techniques can achieve accurate pulmonary segmentectomy,which is worthy of clinical application.
