我国药物多晶型研究的现状

Advances in the Research of Domestic Drug Polymorphism

药物的多晶型是影响药物质量和疗效的重要因素,因此,多晶型研究日益受到医药研发与监管领域的关注与重视。本文从药物多晶型的形成理论、晶型的筛查和检测技术等三个方面综述了国内外药物多晶型研究的现状,为我国药物多晶型研究提供参考。

Drug polymorphism is an important factor that affects the quality and efficacy of drugs.Therefore,polymorphism research is receiving increasing attention in the fields of pharmaceutical research and the regulatory administration.To provide a reference for the research of drug polymorphism in China,this article reviews the research status of polymorphs at home and abroad from three aspects:the theory of crystal formation,the screening of drug polymorphs,and analytical technology of drug polymorphs.
