摘要
目的优选中风Ⅰ号合剂的提取工艺。方法采用正交设计法,以芍药苷含量与浸膏率为评价指标考察提取溶剂、料液比、提取时间和提取次数对提取工艺的影响。结果优选的最佳工艺为使用12倍量水,提取2次,提取时间为1.5 h。结论该优选工艺稳定可靠,适用于中风Ⅰ号合剂的提取。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction technology of ZhongFeng YiHao Mixture.MEHTODS The composite score of the content of paeoniflorin and the extract yield rate was valued as an evaluation indicators to study the influentions of the extraction solution,the amount of solution,extraction time and the times of extraction.RESULTS The optimization of extraction technology was chosen by twelve times of water and extracting two times with 1.5 hour every time.CONCLUSION The optimization of extraction technology is stable and reliable,and is suitable for the extraction of ZhongFeng YiHao Mixture.
