利胆片中山银花检查方法的研究

Inspection of Lonicerae Flos in LiDan Tablet

目的建立HPLC-ELSD和LC-MS方法对利胆片中山银花进行检查。方法采用HPLC-ELSD梯度洗脱法,以山银花中灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙作为检测指标进行检查,并采用LC-MS法对结果进行验证,测定了28批次利胆片样品。结果 3家企业6批样品检出灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙,提示3家企业在生产过程中可能存在山银花代替金银花投料的情况。结论所建立的方法专属性强,结果准确可靠,可用于检查利胆片中山银花的使用情况。

OBJECTIVE To establish HPLC-ELSD and LC-MS methods for the inspection of Lonicerae Flos in LiDan Tablet.METHODS HPLC-ELSD was used to determine Lonicerae Flos with macranthoidin B as the control.LC-MS was used to verify the results and 28 batches was measured.RESULTS Macranthoidin B was detected in 6 batches,3 manufacturers indicating Lonicerae Flos might be used in LiDan Tablet.CONCLUSION The method is specific,accurate and reliable,which can be used to detect Lonicerae Flosin LiDan Tablet.
