促进风电消纳的多源协调调度策略

摘要 供暖期电力谷荷时段是高风电渗透率电网发生弃风的主要时段。为保证电网在供暖期谷荷时段时安全运行及减少弃风情况的发生,在明确各种电热源的工作方式、分析各种电热源运行成本的基础上,着重研究供暖期谷荷时段内热电联产机组、电锅炉、储热罐多种电热源的协调配合问题。在保证弃风消纳量的前提下,以总运行费用最低为调度优化目标,利用两级式优化调度模型,制定了供暖期电力谷荷时段多源协调调度策略。该调度策略制定方法不仅可以缓解供暖期电力谷荷时段弃风高发问题,还为清洁供暖、电热网优化调度等问题的解决提供可行方案和理论支持。 The valley load period during heating period is the main period of wind power curtailment in power grid with high wind power penetration.In order to ensure the safe operation of the power grid in valley load period during heating period and reduce the occurrence of wind power curtailment,based on the clarification of operation mode of various electric and heating sources and the analysis of operation cost of the sources,the coordinative dispatching among combined heat and power(CHP)unit,electric boiler and heat storage tank in valley load period during heating period are emphatically studied.On the premise of ensuring the amount of wind power curtailment,taking the minimum total operation cost as the optimal dispatching object,a multi-source coordinative dispatching strategy in valley load period during heating period is formulated by using a two-level optimal dispatching model.The strategy can not only alleviate the problem of high wind power curtailment in valley load period during heating period,but also provide feasible solution and theoretical support for solving the problems of clean heating and optimal dispatching between electric and heating network.
