摘要
以近年火电厂双进双出磨煤机通过改变钢球级配达到节能减排的效果为背景,采用离散元法应用EDEM软件对磨煤机进行数值仿真,发现了新的钢球级配破碎机理。通过与传统钢球级配进行破碎仿真模型的对比,新的钢球级配在装载量相同条件下出力更大。结合电厂运行数据,对数值仿真结果的准确性进行了验证,结果表明数值仿真方法是可行的。
In recent years,double-in and double-out coal mills in thermal power plants have achieved the effect of energy saving and emission reduction by changing the grading of steel balls.The discrete element method(DEM)is used to simulate the coal mill by using software EDEM,and a new mechanism of steel ball grading and crushing is found.Compared with the traditional steel ball grading simulation model,the new steel ball grading has greater output under the same loading capacity.Combined with the operation data of the power plant,the accuracy of the numerical simulation results is verified,and the results show that the numerical simulation method is feasible.
