摘要
研究橡胶加工分析仪(RPA)表征天然橡胶(NR)的相对分子质量。结果表明:通过RPA测定的NR的弹性模量-频率曲线与粘性模量-频率曲线交点可以计算NR的相对分子质量;该方法表征NR的相对分子质量简便、准确,且与凝胶渗透色谱仪测定结果有很好的一致性。
The characterization of molecular weight of natural rubber(NR) by rubber processing analyzer(RPA) was studied. The results showed that the intersection of the elastic modulus-frequency curve and the viscous modulus-frequency curve of NR measured by RPA could be used to calculate the molecular weight of NR. This method was simple and accurate to characterize the molecular weight of NR,and the results were in good agreement with the results of gel permeation chromatography.
